account creation help

hi there wonder if i could get help , have done a sreach with no luck. so here goes
i have all gates working but when i click mir2.exe i get to log in screen but nothign happens , i can get to account page and fill it in but does nto seem to create it.
then when i use the id and pass i created. the feilds just go blank.

also how do i take a screen shot of my desktop so i can post imagines

To screenie ur desktop u use PrtSc / SysRq Key. then paste it into paint then save it.

Are you on vista? and useing sql 2000? Seems peeps are having no end of problems with vista and sql 2000. Unlesss you have all the correct patches it simply wont work and in your run gate it will keep saying connected / Dis connected. Try sql 2005 express.
