how can i unfreeze it im tryin to pay for my acc but wont let me cos its frozen

Frozen just means it's not been payed for.

Closed means you're banned, here are my accounts, first is not payed for and the second is banned.

Ring them up, find out whats wrong.

If they tell you you've been banned, go through the webform system and give them all the details they need and make sure you upload a picture of some Photo ID.

It will take them about 2 weeks to reply and might still not unbann your account but if you keep sending webforms they will eventually. Blizz will always unbann an account if you keep persisting it.
