I am sorry to hear that your account may have been hacked.
We will look into this for you to see if a different IP address had access to you account but there is very little we can do in relation to the items and gold lost.

Are you 100% sure nobody had access to you account?
Did you change your password after the server was hacked?

You should also run a virus scan on any systems you play mir on to make sure there are no key loggers on your systems

and im 100% sure no one had access but myself.

It has been reported that you account share with Enzure and you had a falling out
I will check the logs to confirm this

Warnings about account sharing are there for this very reason

If its proven that he did not share his account details and the same IP that enzure and supermeds use have been logging in to Domminos account can we get these characters banned?

Sorry, but I can confirm that Dommino did indeed share his account many times in the past.

I can probably find evidence of this in past screenshots. Lying about it doesn't help your case though Dommino. You have shared your account in the past, thus it's only natural to assume you'd still share it today.

If he has shared his account in the past it will be proven in the account logs anyway, there is no point in trying to deny such things.
