Account requires activation

Does anyone know the root cause of this issue? I've been told it's because i've got several accounts activated under one e-mail address?

3 of my accounts work and 3 do not

BANNED!!!! I get that message on my old main account due to alfiee's brother few months back cheating on it!!!!

This is not the case. I can log in 3 accounts and not log in 3 accounts due to activation.

I can retrive the password for 2 of the 3 accounts I can log in however the third account it tells me "account does not exists or email is incorrect" which is not the case.

I sense a problem with using one e-mail for the accounts

I've sent you a PM babyhack, are you able to support this issue and help me get my account back? I'm wanting to return to the game but being unable to access my accounts is an issue.

The only reason an account would say this after being active is if it was banned.

So this has nothing to do with me having the six accounts under one e-mail address?
Why am I able to log in to 3 of the accounts still if im "banned"
When I try retive password resets for the three of my accounts it works for two of them and the last one tells me the account does not exist? - when it clearly does and i can log on to it perfectly
I do not believe that this is a "banned" issue, it looks like an e-mailing problem and being able to retrive

are you able to look into the e-mail address i sent you in pm to see if this is the reason because jacko said he had similar problem?

because its the account in question tht is banned not the email address, the other accounts are ok because i guess u aint tried cheating on them ones YET!!!

This was a problem for some people a while back wasnt it when they changed it so accounts couldn't share email addresses?

yes, that is what i've been told by friends, which is why i believe six accounts under one e-mail address is the root cause of the problem, it also makes no sense at all why i can log on to an account perfectly however when i try do a password reset im told " account does not exist" yet works perfectly fine when i try retrieve the password on the other accounts.
