Looking forward to giving this a go. Been waiting for someone to develop the Ace files for a while. Probably the best set of files a private server had been released on, in my opinion. Just a shame Chronicles came to the end of its life. Will absolutely give this a shot when released.

Yeah I never said he’s playing the game but his cheat buddies sure are running around with cheats just like on his first garbage server. I’m not stupid enough to trust a known cheater, especially with a client he’s cooked up himself. God knows what kind of crap he’s slipped into it.He's developing the game, not playing it.

I'm well aware of his past cheating etc, but who else is actively developing the Ace files? No one. The reality is, no one could be arsed to put effort into the base files/source that ChiliPepper released. If they're in a good state in the way that Chronicles were, they were hands down the smoothest set of files for PVP.I don’t give a damn bro. I’ve got a loyal user base and I’m happy with that, looking forward to seeing your server collapse under your cheating buddies as usual. And don’t forget to not add fake UC this time so you don’t get banned again and have to send your friends to beg Tai for an unban.

This is the same guy who tried to fake UC on his first server, let his friends run around with GM chars and cheat tools and you’re just cool with that because “he’s only cheating in games”? If someone stepped up and put something out there with the Ace files I'd consider it. Truth is that too many are working on the Crystal files that no one wants to take the leap.

Was excited to see you finally remake a server enjoyed your old one was fun content wise and new and spells. What was the main reason to go for euro content btw? it has been done over and over. How come nothing new content wise or item wise has been added in-between? euro rates ect... dont look appealing. again fine if new content ect but low rate? with euro stats? i really dont see it being enjoyable at all. goodluck though

When i originally got the files from chilli they were in such a busted state, its look this long to even get them to where they are now and they are really good rn.
systems that are took for granted now were non existent in the acem2 files. auction, quests were two big ones that took a lot of work, the quest system we added allows a crazy amount of customisation.
its not like now how people just take crystal files which other people like far and basically created for them and all they need to do is design content and pop it up.
assassin is done, archer base is done just needs skills adding.
but in terms of just standard euro there is a lot more than whats in the advert its not like i could spam pages and pages of stuff, people just wont read it. ill add more in the coming weeks to show more stuff but no one wants to be overloaded with tons of stuff on initial viewing.
ive had a lot of messages like why arent you doing full custom, custom zones, ai, spells, mobs, 5 classes bla bla.
and to be honest on a new file set its not worth the risk adding so much more into the blender all at once untested with a bigger usercount, most important thing is a solid fileset, the client has had a massive amount of work put into it and later down the line we can look at adding more custom stuff.

You log into safe zone as a level 1 with literally 85% of the screen filled with glowing fairy wings, and when you go hunting, every class is AoEing 100 mobs at a time, 10 minutes into the game, it's just not Mir. New cave and new item set every 15 minutes, nah miss me with that.
It sounds like this server is attempting to make Mir, Mir again, and that sounds great to me.

I suppose it depends on which way you look at things really. Yes I'm pretty sure Valk has beaten me in PvP before using cheats and then berated my low skill afterwards.
But he's also doing this server for the love of the game, not for financial gain. This isn't his next pay cheque, it's his passion.
Flashy wings and cash grabs aside, the most important thing to me is just finding a Mir server I find fun again, it has been a seriously long time since I've enjoyed a Mir server, because they're always the same old recycled garbage with a fresh lick of paint.

I think Jevs point is more to the fact that he's had a known cheater in his name for over 2 years, so if you were to judge him based on that fact its already well known whilst you push the narrative about him being a cheater which quite frankly makes you look a bit obsessiveAre you really that dense? This thread is explain well his cheating history so those who aren't aware don't get blindsided and end up as brainless defenders like some people in this thread proudly being a cheater's fanclub.
But isn't this the same guy who went on your Facebook, posted screenshots of you and your family on my discord, and you asked me to remove it? Now you're in here playing dumb!! It's very odd to go from being a victim of his harassment to being his number one fanboy
I've zero affiliation with him and just see things from a fresh looking server on files that I've never played with some pretty cool features that I've never seen before (i didnt return to mir until 2020 from around 2006) i'm also an adult who can freely judge based on how good his server is when i play it.

Calling someone out for being a known cheater isn't a narrative, it's stating a fact and the reason it's brought up constantly is because cheaters don't get a free pass just because they've been cheating for years, they need to be called out every time they try to profit from a new scam.
You say you're an adult who can freely judge. A real adult understands that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. You don't wait to stick your hand in the fire to see if it's still hot.
But please go ahead and judge for yourself, Meanwhile the rest of us with functioning brains and self respect would rather not waste our time on a server built by someone with a proven history of cheating and disrespecting his players.
