AceM2 Performance

In the past it has been said and proven that xp acpi or setting the exe affinity to 1 gives a massive boost in performance on mir in which it does, but on ACEM2 it seems different so i was wondering if ACEM2 is still a single threaded app and would gain from setting its affinity to use 1 core? or do i just let it run normally on my vista 6 core machine?

Also are there any other little vista tips that help these files perform better?

It's been stated many times in the past that these files are much newer than previous and need a decent graphics card to run correctly, also advise using win7 as it's much better than vista, acpi etc does not work in fact I think it makes you worse. Same for affinity I think, tired all this on my old laptop it made no difference!
