Adding NPC's items mobs and edditing drops

Well ive been using Assassin 2.6+ server files - Binary Release (Lemon Source) These files.

they are the files you dont have to put db on sql and all that business lol
i was just wondering if it was still possible to add new NPC's items mobs and edditing the drops with these files?

rest is in text files... merchant = npcs etc

ok ive found how to view everything.
So to add a weapon to server i fill in all the rows give the item a name and everything. how do i add the skin and everything and add to drops?
