is it possible to add different spells to rings, like flamering and recov rings, but with diff spells? , and how would it be done ?

i think so yesi cant say i tryed it my self u just gotta copy all the info off the ring like flamering or recoveryring and put it on a new item and rename it.

Besides, any SlapHead can rename an item on DB Commander...

I'm not saying "if you cant assign spells to items, your a slaphead" I'm saying any slaphead can rename an item in the Db

If you want to change what spell Flame/rec ring gives the players then its in the !setup.txt
If you want to add extra rings with extra skills then you need to grab the open source and code it in

Is quite simple really.
Search for this in your setup.txt
HealSkill=Healing
FireBallSkill=Fireball
Change healing and fireball to whichever spell you wish. In the item DB rename RecoveryRing and FlameRing to the appropriate name.
If you wish to assign spells that arnt ingame quite simply delete the book/take out of shop and drop files.
