has anyone got Photoshop CS2?, if so... is it good?, if not THIS is the tryout ^.^

not that big of a jump between 7 and CS2, CS has a few useful things like text on path etc, but for people of your level ( no offence ) i dont see the point of upgrading to a program that eats double ram, so that you can not take advantage of the minimal new features in it...

Not really worth it IMO.

In my oppinion yes. But there isnt alot of difference from photoshop CS to CS2 (if you normaly use 7.0 i say download it). Some of the stuff are "simplyfied" for people.

yeah, i thought text on path n that isnt used alot =/ and i cant really see a difference in cs n cs2, i saw the "whats new" and i think i probably wont use the difference =/

Say you want to use a special effect, lets say neon glow you would have to go filter > artistic > neon glow , so say you dont like the effect and you want to try out other ones you have to go do the same process over and over. On this version CS when you pick one effect you get all of them in a window making easier to access + some new ones if im not mistaken in the CS-2.

Also there are things such as "lend correction" to what it does the clue is in the name itself. But what ive noticed its that you can rougly create some 3D shapes in it, like bend the corners etc you'll get the idea once you use it. Theres loads and loads of them just its to much for me to type and i cant be arsed.
