ahhh ! lag is driving me nuts

lately i got the BT Hub thing , ever since ive been lagging terrible in games syck as f.e.a.r and ut2004.

I cant bare it!
Can any1 tell me why it is lagging. internet its self is ok but when it comes to games it horrible.

i know its not the games nor my graphics card!

please help!

do you have another computer connecting to the hub? is that computer using the connection? try with just your computer.
