Map Files
Firstly install the client, followed by patch 1 2 3 and the gfx fix in order.
Then extract the map files to C:\soma\map (if installed to default location) if not amend as required.
To connect to server, create a shortcut from somagame.exe, right click this shortcut, select properties and in the target box after somagame.exe put the ip 209.11.242.82
double click the shortcut and your away.
Server running on dual 2.8ghz CPU with 2gb ram and a dedicated 100mbit line so no serverside lag ever.
Rates are set as 50x for humans and 35x for devils to balance out the leveling speeds.
Con increases are much slower than other stats(10x) and capped at 22 to make for better PvP.
Many new items and monsters added, more coming daily. Server has one of (if not the best soma community around) Average usercount 50+ even in early hours.
