Well, my isp now says that the package i have has an always on connection until PC is turnt off. Does this mean that as soon as my pc is turnt on, i am connected to the internet ? well should be?
Or does it mean that once i click "Connect/Dial" to the internet, my internet is always on unless i turn my PC off or disconnect from the internet??

It's really bugging me because it's a feature which has just recently been added to the specs of my package, and i am not sure what exactly it means :(

It means there are no restrictions on how long you can be connected for. You still have to 'connect' whenever your previously dissconnected.

If you have a router with an adsl modem, then that can stay connected all the time. Or... you could just leave your computer on.

For my ISP, i have totally given up my hopes on even a slight improvement of the support centre, i mean i could go there and get £1000 per month for picking up the phone and saying "hmm, thats weird... Try restarting your modem".

Yep same lol.

I emailed them the other day asking what the difference is between the Business Package and normal (i am currently on normal). And they Emailed me back saying something like "We understand that you want to know more about Business Broadband? Please call this number, 088blablabla to find out more."

It annoyed me -_-
