am I haunted? problems dont go away!!!! help plz

Im not usually 1 to ask about problems alot but here goes:

I cant put my server up coz of the following problems:

1stly when I start the server the m2server will NOT display any open gates(no idea y)

2ndly when I close all servers 1 of them stays up (logdataserv)

3rdly when I try to play server as it is, I cant log in or make a new account, the curser just keeps on flashing as if I havn't logged in yet.

if any1 can hlp I'd gladly appreciate it.

i had that problem b4, try d/ling a new server, backup alkl ur DB and m2server, then download a new server and import ur m2server and DB into it.

then try again

also i can see that u change the m2servers name to server, and it need to be called M2Server. try change it to M2Server, if that does not work thn try do what i sed above.

P.S where u get that windows interface plz? if u can't remember can u send me on my e-mail which ill tell you if u gota send.

Hmm make sure that all of the paths are set to where your files are as they are usually set to C:\mirserver. Also check all ip's and if that doesnt work try re-downloading a different set of files.

uhm the windows interface is from themexp.org, i made the background myself(or rather edited it).

as for the name of the m2server that dont make a diff coz it was working perfectly the other day I've now installed a new server on a different partition and yet i still have the same problem, I'm getting the feeling this is not a server problem but perhaps a problem with my PC :S

again any help is appreciated. (btw b4 u say virus scan Ive done loads, spyhunter, AVG, norton, and adaware6)

np and I just sorted the problem myself if any1 else has it its because of a firewall.

disable and remove the firewall then try again, problem sorted
