Ok, lets wrap this up with some stuff.
In california it is illegal to shoot an animal from a moving vehicle (exception for whales)
Obviously the woman who sued McDonalds becuase she is stupid.
Now law is my area, and im am personally going to fence sit, Permenantly. lets reveiw some facts.
1. America is more or less a Sue happy nation, for every British person that laughs and finds this amusing and whatnot. Pay attention to TV adverts, if u channel hop, i bet you would see at least 3 adverts for "Injury lawyers" The UK is jumping on the "Sue" bandwagon. This has resulted in schools banning traditional playtime games in Primary school like Tag, Bulldog and so on, for fear of being sued by parents looking to pocker Some cash. This is stupid, when you sue someone for injury, the point is to claim back money you have lost as a result.
Explain, when a child falls in school, how much money did the child lose? Unless he/she is ebing exploited by her parents in a sweat shop making footballs, NONE.
Actual woute from TV "i was fitting a security alarm system and was given the wrong type of ladder...blah blah" well done dumbass, if u used the wrong type of ladder, YOUR FAULT.
2. ASBO's or "Anti-Social Behavior Orders" A teenager who subjected a coloured family to racial hassarsment, beat up their kids, put a fire-word thoguh their letter box, and was an out and out *******. Heres what his ASBO outlines:
1. He is not allowed to make racist remarks, harras anyone, or buy fireworks.
Thats it, but surely Racism, harrasment, and buying fireworks underage is alreadys oemthign he shouldnt be doing, so the ASBO attained "**** All"
The new "Orange Jump Suit Scheme" Yeah theyre going to make offenders wear Jup suits and clean the streets, apparently the jumpsuits draw attention to them, and make them feel "Ashamed"
Good Job Government, im sure most people will realise that after about a month, Orange Jump Suits with numbers or indeed your name on them will be all the rage in the fashion industry.
American Idioth
United States v. Paul, 110 F.3d 869 (2nd Cir. 1997) - The Defendant was playing poker in a bar, and a guy asked to borrow $100, when the defendant refused, the guy pulled out a gun and shot at his legs, twice. Both shots missed, and the defendant seized the gun, fire the remaining shots into the floor, then threw the gun away.
He was charged under a law that states that ex-cons arent allowed to posses a firearm... and convicted. But thankfully the conviction was later overturned.
United States v. Saccoccia, 18 F.3d 795 (9th Cir. 1994) - The defendant was sentenced to 660 years in prison for money laundering and a string of offences. As soon as he was convicted, they dragged him from Rhode Island to California to charge him for basically the same offences as the first trial. Obviously an awesome waste of American time and money. Basically becase the prosecutor wanted to look good.
Im angry now and cant be bothered posting anything else, bt as stupidity goes, dont start moking America, cos this country is next in line!
