and that's why you get complementary driving lessons on how to drive an M5 when you buy one.

They weren't made for 18 year olds.

i agree they were really made for 18year old's but they are very nice car's but i wouldnt have one because i dont think id be able to handle it as well as older people who have been driving longer myself.

Tragic really, at least they had the sense to use an air strip instead of open roads.....shame others dont think of doing the same thing just a shame that it happened, that car is totalled though, id hate to see the bodies!

Tbh cars this powerful should have age limits on as it is why is it that only 21s+ can ride a motorbike over 600cc but a 17/18 year old can buy a car that could cause alot more damage plus the tests etc you have todo for a motorbike licence apparntly is nothing compared to a car licence. CBT, 3 day training, Hazards, theory and then your test?

But daddy wasnt happy loosing a son and 75k that he spent on this car

well thats not true. you cannot own a motorbike bigger then think it was 125cc before you are 21years old. due to the fact is 250cc are more then 45bph i think and 125cc can reach 34bhp easy and for the car i do agree yes.
and also you need CBT (Valid) (Thoery) (Part 1 test) togo upto 600cc (part 2 test) 600cc-1400cc i phoned up and thats what theyve done now

All these car threads are fu‪cking boring.‪
so why even look in the car thread's then muppet

That wasn't needed was it? The kids are dead because they were driving a car. I'm sure we have all have put the petal to the metal ON THE STREETS. He was doing it on an air strip with no one around. He didn't deserve to die.

****ing assholes they deserve it just because they are from America right? stfu already and grow up.

i think ull find that he was drunk = his own fault
he was probably showing off to his mates = his own fault
its not like he was swerving to avoid anything/anyone since it was on an airstrip = his own fault.

i have no sympathy for people who are stupid.

Finally, you see the point we're trying to make (I kid, I kid).
Only Americans would insure an 18 year old on an M5 though.

I don't see the point in driving like that in a $75k car.
If I had a car worth more than like £5000, I'd be sensible in it.
I admit, I used to drive aggressively in my car, but I drive safely now.
Haven't been over the limit at all recently. Leave a decent stopping distance between myself and the car infront.
It just seems safer and it's not gonna do you any harm driving that little bit slower and more sensible.

In a way (although it may sound heartless), I don't care that the driver died.
The passengers lives were wasted by some twat who thinks he's big in his M5.
Heard it all before.

The passengers made a concious decision to get into the car, knowing the driver had been drinking, and knowing that if they are on an air strip then the driver is going to be driving erratically, they all got in the car so that they could have the ride of their lives, shame none of em were aware it would be their last. If you have sympathy for the passengers you should have sympathy for the driver too.

firstly i have sympathy for them all no one deserves to die like that in the first place, plus if an 18 yr old has an m5 hes obviously spoilt little brat with everything that takes the world for granted, hes not going to be sensible in it hes going to show off.

theres not many people that id say deserve to die, but alot of them are on this forum.

lol becuase people posting insults on a forum deserve to die when people driving around in such high performance cars that could be risking others lives aswell as thier own don't?

Wonder what you would of done if the driver had your brother in the car at the time... Not saying that all people who die in accidents deserve it but, 3am + pissed + car full of your mates + kick ass car is bound to end in some sort of tradgedy.
