Just thought it may be a cool feature..

You can go onto the website and click a mob.

It then shows:

> Top 10 individuals that have killed that mob + how many times
> Top 3 guilds that have killed that mob + how many times *combined*

I do like the idea of gather statistics/analytical data... It would be something I would add if/when we have time to focus on pet projects :D.

Yeah, you could also apply it to stuff like

> Top 10 player killers + amount of kills
> Top 3 player killers GUILD combined + amount of kills

What do you work in? VB.NET?

Worthing is depressing.
Idea sounds epic, id deffinatelty work on most hens killed :P

Advancing on this a little maybe you could give out a monthly Trophy & reset it each month. Additional prize could be a spawn of the boss in a room. To put an evil spin on it you could make a global shout alerting the server the boss has been spawn in 1 of 7 locations (or per province) at a spawning house in the woods!

Well we have an achievement system in progress which provides trophies/achievements for first to kill x, y, z etc (not just kill achievements, but that is an example), similar to playstation/xbox...

But some overall statistics would be awesome... e.g. hours ingame (see who is really geeking it), total durability wasted (then have deeper options of how much was wasted on x hunt etc etc).... Be nice to get some real statistics out of the game...

I've been considering this idea for while but I would use it for tracking purposes. If caves are being neglected why and improve them, what future content would be most successful etc.

Total time in game would not be useful. (AFKers)

You would need some kind of checks to work out if they are active, like making a movement from map to map or killing a mob, or using an NPC.

The list is endless really for stats!

@ - Most mined mineral
@ - Most time spent active on a map
@ - Most money spent on refining
@ - Most money spent on pots

I could go on......

Aye list could go on, but if its a simple line of code would be awesome. Should be stupid rewards for the winner of silly ones.

Most RT's Used - Reward 10 RT Bundles

Most Items Destroyed - Surprise Gem 75% Chance it'll work with a random stat!
Most PK Points earned - Immunity from guards for 1 day
Most Hens killed - Level 7 Hen pet! (ultimate pet on any server)

I like the mob kill system from p69, type a command in ingame and it tells you how many of each mob is killed, I think once you killed the mob a certain amount of time say 1000 hens you get a exp bonus say 50k as an achievement, and it goes on for 2000, 3000 etc with the exp increasing each 1000, obviously the harder the mob the more exp is giving once you've killed 1000, same goes with bosses but goes up in 100's

Most EXP gained.

Obviously, this would most likely be the highest level, but would be interesting to see how much EXP in total they have actually gained.

This would be a good idea, i'd like to see pretty much any visual statistic ingame on the website. Mob kills, guild ranks, players kills, infact...an profile / armory system would be nice.

It would take some time to upload all the images and ID them to work (similar to the way WoW does it), but it would be a great feature. To be honest the phrase "Interactive Website" pretty much sums up everything here...

There was a system like this in Vanguard, it registered all sorts of stats against players, was very interesting. Such as who was the first to discover a mob, cave, boss, weapon, armour, map, province etc etc.
Total time in game mite expose bots.!
Show the time ppl mine
most gem success
mos gem failure
most gem made/bought

ive always hated in all mmo theres vast areas of empty maps where no one goes past certain levels, if you could address this some how that would rock.

more stats the better!

As I posted in the Sabuk War thread: At the start of Mir 3 Eu there was a webpage that listed all the kills/deaths for each Sabuk war that I thought was really good and would love to see again.

Well before this thread was even made we were already counting mob kills and some other statistics, as far as a command to show it, i'm not sure. some sort of global leaderboard would be more my fancy for some statistics.

These counts also already tie in to many achievements.

So yes, this was given thought and was on our list from before the thread even came to be, as far as it being in from the beginning to see what you've done i'm not sure, as that part would be low priority, but the counts are there and in from the start at least.

Sounds good, thanks for the reply.
