Ok so i need a program that will let me view .wil .wix files and also maps.

Sorry if this is wrong. Maybe you mean an all in one program :P
Anyway, I'm not sure about the maps, you could use Map Editor i guess? For the .wil files you can use HH8 or WilV4Trans.
