there is any command to modify dc mc ac .. points of a weapon??

its @refining 0 0 0 0 these are dc . mc/sc . ?? . acc . the mc/sc automatically knows weapon type your refining

I tested @refining command, here the explanation on what i found.
@refining a b c d
a=DC
b=MC/SC (if the weapon has both same puntuation fo MC and SC, for example if u put 5 will put +5 on all mc and sc of the weapon)
c= don't found what it does yet
b= acc
a+b have to be 10 points max (exemple 5 + 5, 1+9, 3+7...)
acc max points is 125
now trying to find what c does.
any command like @refining for items (necklaces, rings, boots .....)
and can ne1 post a full list of commands to modifi things like dc,mc,acc, speed ....
