Any idea to recruit new players to this serve!!

The serve needs new players! or return players!

Any ideas:
1. Advertisment?
2. Exp bonus for new players?

let us contribute to this server.

It is my fifth month playing this server and I have a lot of good memories here: met dozens of friends and enemies:RpS_biggrin:.
But we are all players from this server and I believe we can make this server better.

Let us be mature and discuss it.

I think old players need to know that botters are being banned that was a big turn off for some players

it would be good to get a new income of players but i dont think that will happen intill the GMS sort out the problums with the game so far.

Could give them a noob starter kit like on usa mir. extra exp for noob guild.

But i also thought that people who played Ace was meant get a bonus on this sever (that never happened)

The GMS used to put in so much effort into this mir but they seem dead now. ( if this is the case get new staff members to run it)

There is a exp boost system being added to the server for new players, it has been posted about many times.

There is also plans for new spells, spell crafting and a number of other things, there is also new items to be added.
I tend not to post about new as it gets players hopes up and if/when it gets delayed or does not work out this is not fair on the player base.

When stuff is ready to be added to the game it will be posted about, until then there a still a number of bugs that need to be sorted and some spells that need to be adjusted.

You having a laugh lol? .. Ive only been playing the server for a little bit of the past 2 days, i've seen a good 20+ botters in the time.

If you ban them, they will make new IP's. The only way to stop them, is to stop the drops in the area's they are botting. SV for instance, what is the need for this place to even have mobs? No1 hunts there, unless they are botting lol.

You having a laugh lol? .. Ive only been playing the server for a little bit of the past 2 days, i've seen a good 20+ botters in the time.

If you ban them, they will make new IP's. The only way to stop them, is to stop the drops in the area's they are botting. SV for instance, what is the need for this place to even have mobs? No1 hunts there, unless they are botting lol.

A new player may hunt there... even if they nerfed the drops here a bot will move to the next place and so on, leaving all noob areas pointless and how is that going to be attractive to a new player, Just pointing out making noob mobs drop fa is not the problem solver to bots.

OT : The server may gain a few new players here and there but nothing noticeable now and the majority won't return, server had the user count from the beginning but will never reach anywhere near that now no matter how much you advertise etc as the only ones that would play are the ones that already have tried it.

There almost 0% of people slightly interested in Mir that won't have been in touch with this server. That's why the user count was so big on release.

The he only way to get more players has to be something extraordinary.

Bringing old players back would be the best option but bringing them back is the hard part.

None of those ideas would entice me, a big patch may work for some though as they were going to do 2.0 but that was drained out and never really happened as they said it would (fair play they don't have time). Any ideas i have to bring back players involves time spent on server which currently the team have said they don't have. Best of just keeping the remaining happy ;p

What if you just reduce the required exp for each level upto level 38 so that you don't have to implement some weird system.

If you reduce everything below 38 and leave 39+ the same then you leave a big hole between level 38 and 39
