Hi all me and my friend have just joined the server and it’s our first time on Mir 3.

Does anybody have a guide on places to level and item stats to prioritise and where to get elements on items etc.

I am a 24 Tao and he is 24 warrior. We see lots of high level players using level 10-20 gear as they have elements on them. Does that mean I shouldn’t worry about spirit power and just try and get some elements?

Also where can I buy summon skeleton as it wasn’t available from the book shop in lost province.

Thanks

Welcome to the server, you can usually find me on the server discord and in game (evenings and weekends). Feel free to message me with questions, I won't have all the answers but I'll try my best to get you going.

Skills for the lower levels drop in the mines to the east of Bichon town. They drop with a pages system, think of that as the chance you have to learn the skill, higher is better, X pages out of 100. Some of the higher level skills drop from the sub boss in that cave on the last floor.

You can refine elements onto accessories using the NPC in Bichon town, this is really good for early gearing, you need to use more of the same item to level up the accessory, Level 1-2 is 5, Level 2-3 is 20, Level 3-4 is 80, Level 4-5 is 320 (this is for normal items, superior and elite get exp modifier bonuses).

For a warrior you want to start to build up AC & MR kit, when you get to having defiance you will be able to build defence to certain caves and level very efficiently. There are lists of required caps for caves somewhere in the forum or someone can chip in on this post that has them.

I don't know much about Taos unfortunately, not played one here. Hopefully someone will drop in and help out.

Fleas on the west side of Banyo town and Ants in Bichon town are the cash hunting areas.

Hunt Fleas until you have enough AC to hunt Banya Stone Cave better. Not sure what AC you need, I forgot.

Then when in BSC, keep hold of things like Rugged Leather Gaunts, Coral Rings - AC them up using the item refiner in Bichon town.

When you're 33+ you can hunt ZT with the AC gear you made as above. You also want to start adding Fire to items if possible. A nice weapon (ZJM or G Axe), get that levelled and refined with Fire.
ZT will be your hunting grounds for a while, so the more fire the better. the more AC you can get elsewhere such as better Helm and Armours, the more you can start adding fire to other items such as rings etc.

After ZT, it's Black Palace - Here you need 64 MR for perfect defence (Meaning you dont get hit at all).

Also, buy a pig. It's 500k but well worth the investment early on so you can get it levelled to gain you some stats. Just make sure it's hunger doesnt go below 0 and it will continue to level.

Thanks a lot I sent it to my friend to look at :) I’m hoping I’ll be able to kill some things once I get skele

You wanna stack Holy, find some nice SC rings with Holy+ lvl1 and upgrade them.
Refine wep with Holy.

A mate of mine lvld in Fleas and then went to Phantom Forest.

Dunno if theres other places better, I dont know taos.

Level in fleas as soon as you can but get the empowered skills asap as this will allow you to aoe great in fleas (green poison groups and then last hit them with spell/skeleton). This will take you to 24+ easy. Focus on holy and SC like was mentioned and get the torch (+holy) with hunt gold plus exp buffs as soon as possible. Once you have around 10 holy go kill in Numa Ruins for good exp. it’s hard as hell until Shinsu and the +element skill but can give a lot of exp compared to the alternatives.

Green poison effectiveness drops significantly outside of fleas since it doesn’t scale so at that time you will need to use red poison plus spam damage skills. Good luck!

Go NR at lvl 33..stack holy lvl fast in there

Also carved stone temple is a really good place for Taos to lvl..it's doable with just the skeleton and drops are good and so is gold..exp is better than fleas to.
