I dont think they are Koreans (why would they play an english priv server when they will just lag)

and if they are Koreans then good luck trying to block there cheats or even trying to ip ban them. they have had mir for near 8 years now and know there stuff

there was a gamegate that blocked IPs but afaik it was very baddly codded and tended not to work to well

Yes it does, and the majority of 1.4 servers wich DON'T use the gamegate is plain stupid, i have only seen 1 server wich is using the gamegate and the owner didn't have the cheats disabled (most likely because he didn't know you have to disable it everytime you reload the gamegate)...
