Anyone Got A Translated CruelDragon3G.INI

Mine is all in ascii and i think its the reason why my server wont work when i come o start the CruelDragon exe file up.

If anyone has a translated version is it possible to post it for me plz.

doesnt matter if its in ascii or not. install chinese language pack, and then translate on google. will work just the same.
