Anyone help me prep for internet and broadband custermer service job

Hi the problem i got is ive applyed for a new job ive passed the first 2 stages of the inverview and made it to the final stage

on the final stage theres a math test (no problem) interview face to face and group (again no problem)

and a internet and broadband test with basic setting up internet and broadband, fixing problems and names of things like dsl (need to brush up on this)

and links people have whould be very helpful my interview is on the 16th as long as i can pass the test i get 7 weeks training with the job

Depends what they mean by "setting up" - any retard can set up broadband.
