What does it say? All you do is replace 127.0.0.1 with your ip, no clue why it isn't working properly :S
it saaays ;

"1) Loading...
2) Waiting Server Connections.."
(thers usually a 3).. right?)

"disconnected"
(that cant be right.. can it?)
and yes i did replace all of the ip's with mine... all except the ones it dunt say to replace in guide that is:erum: :erum:

hmmm wen i tested a server i followed fernys guide n it worked fine all i can think is its the IP's m8 but i dnt no much bout runnin server files jus how to get em up n get on =/ g.l tryin.

Dont know if you know this but set all ip's as 127.0.0.1 except! for
mir200/servertable.txt
mud2/logsrv/addrtable.txt ( where it says public ip and where it says gates )
mud2/DBserver/serverinfo.txt ( the second ip in the file )
These four ip's need to be replaced by ur global ip which can be found by clicking Here!

Rite if you are running through a router u need to put your global ip where i stated earlier then just forward ports 7200, 7100, 7000, 3000 to the lan ip of the computer that is running server.
so your glaobal ip goes in the places i stated earlier.
the rest of the ip's in ur files must stay as 127.0.0.1.
now go to ur router setting and forward the above 4 ports to the ip of the host machine normaly something like 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1 or whatever just forward the 4 ports to solve ur problem!
