that sucks, when do you find out how fast you can go?

i'm under 2km from the exchange so i should get a juicy speed.

oh and that free isp sucks, you still have to pay phone bill charges.

i might just go with aol free for a month.

oh **** phonebill , call em up and ask them how fast you should get, i'm literally around the corner from the exchange

I was with be, was 750m cable length from the exchange and got 18-20mb. Service was brilliant, shame about the indian call centre though. UKOnline is the biggest **** stain I have ever seen.

I think like most providers they've reverted back to national call centres.

How come you're not with them anymore?

Moved house and they did service my new area. They missed the Jan excahnge upgrade and pused it to May. They did every exchange arround me bar my 1! grr. Cant wait to get rid of UKOffline
