Melee is an issue, but it's not gamebreaking just incredibly frustrating. Nothing stopping people rerolling or making another character, levelling is piss easy. Samuel could even allow people 2x exp up until level 33, for newer players joining or for those really wanting a fresh start - this may bring a few numbers back.

Content is what's needed though. End of this month 2.0 will arrive, and people will flock back to explore this new content and they'll stick around if they enjoy it. Put all your efforts into this.

PVP balance can wait, an honestly, it's in an okay state atm besides TigerNeckies and perhaps tao's Deva. Make content, quests, etc - your first priority. Give people more things to do. Make a few challenges up, daily challenges etc.

And stop apologising! This is your server you can do whatever the hell you like. Some of us may get on your nerves, but we care about the server. Some people can put this across to you in a constructive manner, some people lack those skills (okay, most) but you just have to take those with a grain of salt, and keep on trucking.

The team do alot thank you, if he actually let them have dedi access 90% of the 'problems' would be sorted within an hour of them being mentioned.

Example - Easter event where no one could repair items that took 6 days to fix, could have been fixed within a couple hours if the other 2 had dedi access. They both ask weekly and it get's ignored. You can't expect things to be fixed when 2 of the team can't access ****. Just like Sams's gone away for 4/5 days and even though they both asked within the past couple days so they can both fix problems that are current and ones that may arise while Samuels away did they get it? Did they ****.

This is a big problem then, clearly doesnt trust his team... Turrican Nemo and whoever else on the team very rarely post unless its only sam doing things server side and they're doing other things :/

That's the funny part, Samuel has said on multiple occasions he only trusts them two with the server, people have came and left the team who wern't trust worthy and it always ends up them three because they all trust each other. My only query is that a guy who has nothing to do with the server now still has access, yet the 2 who spend hours upon hours a day working on the server doesn't? Smells fishy to me but ya know.

Nemo and mask do a **** load, and i mean alot, and is why they don't often post because if they're not at work they're at home sorting dev stuff, (not being rude to Sam, but probably more than him) not dedi wise, as much as they want to, but there's alot of other stuff to do which doesn't need dedi access with 2.0 coming up.

My point was the game would be run alot smoother and there would be more happy people if they had access as stuff would simply get done.

I can't really go into it any further because i'll get in crap But not everything is how it seems and there's always two sides to every story.

If he does truly trust them then i don't see how it would harm the server having them have access to make much needed fixes, if anything it's probably is harming the server more with sam taking on all the server side tasks,stress himself, i mean since he's as busy as he claims surely nemo and turrican having access would lighten his workload alot. Sam has even said himself he has barely enough time to check the bug reports,abuse,pms etc all himself n has to skim over them often missing a few, wouldnt having turrican and nemo have access make this a much faster and efficient process so that other tasks can be process quicker in other areas?

If he truly trusts them they should have access to be allowed to make changes as the only con could be corruption but then thats a risk that has to be taken or he will eventually crumble and begin to hate the server.Majority of successful servers/companies etc have to have this to run smoothly or the workload will just build up on one person especially with having a family, normal job to deal with.

No need for apologies definitely, but tbh, if people are constantly giving you **** and you're fed up with it, ignore them.
For me the greatest part of this server is its official feel and as such, this post doesn't seem official.
I get that it's not an official server but the longer I can be in denile that it is official the better.

On another note, seeing this Mir server as a business, (which is kind of is, as you're making money from GameShop) you need people you can delegate work loads to. So giving these other 2 people access to the Dedi server could help run this server much smoother, and instead of focusing on fixing and problem solving you can focus on updates and ways to balance or better the server.
