I think it is where everyone is at, just don't expect the numbers purported by the user count because it seems to be 85% miners.

If you want company while mining, apparently it's a really good server!

All in all, UC has always been inflated by various AFK methods, its been seen as a way to try and pull more players in higher UC = more attractive server
