If you had a remotely good kit and spell was level 3, you'd be smashing skulls with this spell, and you absolutely would not be complaining.

Go level, get the spell lvl3, get some decent kit, then if your not dropping wizards to **** all hp in 1 cast, come back on forum and cry your eyes out some more.
