My opinion remains the same, despite now having his wep - but he isn't wrong when he says Dswords should be +1 as should the zuma/black weapons be -1. This was probably overlooked by Samuel when adjusting the speed of gale items.

I think these should go 2 -1 and dsword go 2 +1

Then it keeps in line with how gale items have been changed.

Even though Swamp has lost the weapon, I still stand that it should stay as is.
He complains about peoples responses being filled with hatred and such, yet he always replies with some stupid remark that gives little reason to back his OP.

Not at all, as I have said many times, I don't have feuds with people at all, and if something needed balance, my feud would be irrelevant as it doesn't change what needs balancing. It's a game for goodness sake >.<

But to stay on subject, keep it as is, you can't say "other server's had this that and the other" as this isnt them servers. If you don't like it try and find a different weapon, or sell this one to buy another.
If you can, buy a gale neckie, you'd lose less DC and gain more base (less max) if you had gale + BDS on

Gale Rings / Necklaces were changed on euro at some point to make them appear as if you got more speed...

Gale Rings originally were +1, and were changed in appearance only to +2 (the amount of speed they increased per 1 aspeed was halved).

We went with the original stats on here and so a total of +4 could be obtained from the set, this won't be increased as obtaining anything higher than +4 from items should be made difficult (which it has otherwise this thread wouldn't exist).
