Assassin trap spell can’t cast after level 1

have anyone managed to level it passed 1? Mine was leveling fine today until it got to level 1 now I can’t cast it at all and the cooldown icon in skill
mwnu is perm darkensed tried a relog and still can’t cast? Maybe I’m being stupid
