it could be me drunk... but what i can see is a man... lost without his mummy in the piccy. hahahah nah joking i like it man... its ... kool ^^ i would suggest giving more information on its... meaning will help... i perhaps suggest to add more or a linear effect to the blur. (i will wake up and wonder WTF i just said but hey... drunk... ppl have different minds to sober ppl :P)

By god.... you have finally pulled it off, now im impressed, i must say the effect is nice get rid of the blood spot and make ur name a bit better and i'll give it a 10

here , managed to print screen it in the movie, less fuzzy though...

You cant print screen, windows media player (and others). Use fraps.

I like it, but not because of the way you made the picture just the render in general looks quite cool. Although good try but u'll soon realise that cutting an image and sticking it somewhere else its pointless skill to have/waste of good time.
