Im thinking of playing this because frankly mir2 sucked. So just wanted to know what assassins are like in mir3? they good at pvp/leveling? :]]

higher lvl they are the ultimate pvp char tbh lol got some rite skills, they have skills based on killin other players.

theyre good if u ask me :)

what about their leveling speed?, cause if its slow leveling you have a terrible char for a while, unless theres any kind people that can help, but i honestly dont mind the grind (used to play taoist mainly in mir2 lol) xD

tbh , we have a sin who lvls with us quite abit, hes just hit 26 and he's a vital member of our grp. Pvp wise he gets a spell called Bind which basicly stops the intended targets movement for a short duration.

Solo lvling i would imagine at the lower lvls they would suck as they get no aoe spells, but the damage they deal 1v1 on a mob is higher than some warriors, and some spells he uses will often hit over 100.

Cannot comment on the higher lvl sin skills as no1 has really seen them :d

lvling wise, they can solo (but its not very good at low lvl, u have no base AC so alot of mobs at once pwns u) but in a group youre fine

im a lvl 24 ass and to get to 22 was a huge mission full of lots of deaths... since 22 iv rather enjoyed it... but 0 base AC is a killer... as everything hits you no matter how small or weak they are (Omas can still stop me running)

But the chances are that FS was level 0 lol.
The coolest feature is assassins can go invisble and walk about, without you ever knowing they're there. :D

nah they have better skills then cloak when ur higher :P like a dummy 1, where it spawns a dummy of you while u go invisible and who ever/what ever hits the dummy gets hit with a fire attack

this translates quite easily.


warriors will be the single highest hitters ingame i.e. A top end DC bladestorm.


assasins will have the higher 'dps'. They have +velocity mid to mid dc, meaning they will hit quicker and more consistently than warriors rather than doing high single shots.


the high ac of sins mean they're defence ranges from either nothing to maximum mitigation. However, they're best defence is agility (i.e. dodge).


warriors mid to mid ac means they take consistent damage rather than highs and lows, making them the better tanks.


a lot of people thought sins would have huge hits for pvp. however, having looked at their skills, they are more of a CC (crowd control class) with para's and roots and stuns, but with only moderate burst damage.

That must be so lame... group of PK'ers running around, the Sin binds whoever they come by and they got no chance to run other than to tele out. :/

its not as bad as u think tbh.

group of us were in monkeys and an annoying sin kept binding our wizards, didnt manage to actually make any of us die, but was annoying none the less.

im guessing lvl 3 bind will bind the player for about 5 seconds (which in mass brawl will be long enuff to cause serious problems)

Still 5 seconds is a long time in a brawl fight, as all the warriors and assassins would just nuke the binded target. For a wizard that could mean instant death. Maybe tao's too.

Tbh, i still prefer a good ol' warrior, I dont like how assassins die easily and in my opinions warriors hits arent much different too assassins.

i think endgame the sin will be a valued and wanted member in guilds/groups.

however without a group to help lvl the sin i think it will be hard for them to solo
