Flinch fix option 2 all the way.
I see no wizzies crying they can't solo what a tao does, only wars trying to live Sin life...
wizards certainly dont need a cast speed increase. they're already spamming FF / have no global cooldown on blizz + met, and with more mets dropping now wiz are going to continue nailing people. im leaning towards number 2 as then everyone is on the same level, depending on the dps increase this gives sins. would need thorough testing though.
and sins trying to live a warriors lifebut i dont want to ignite this debate again, there's been about 14 threads on it already.

All i see is you crying you can't hit as fast as a sin, re read this.
Warriors should never hit as fast as a sin, they hit harder less often.
Do not forgot that sin get *1.5 damage boosted while using doubleslash.
Assassins speed 7, warriors speed 7. Leave flinch as it is.
Not going to vote because I personally think only 2 is reasonable, and the flinch is necessary for assassins. If you removed our 'double-flinch' you should remove the fact that we are locked in position for two swings when fighting.
flinch lock to death you mean?
I never asked for it to be upped or even mentioned any sin damage, just the fact wars should not hit as fast as a sin.

speed 7 and speed 7 without touching anything else seems the easiest and less problematic as a start.
Rainstone figures wizards need a massive boost. Probably on the wrong thread m8.
@HarryH: in for DoubleSlash to work at a.speed 7 the animation will need to be sped up, the next change from what you have now is the super speed assassins had on the first reboot; which will result in flinch locking

Can you not speed it up to JUST speed 7 though?
