Auto patch for patcher update... :D

I have put a potential fix out for the issue where the patcher errors saying it is in use by another process...

This is going to be the first real user test of the patcher patching itself (v2.0.3 to v2.0.4), please report if you have any issues.

Edit: PS it is likely that you will have to run as admin.

i run it as admin finnished the download then clicked play log in game fine an then its still telling me my client is out of date
