I suppose you are trying to address what comes down to low level PvP, but as previously stated PvE warriors are in a good place. Currently in PvP they are a bit weak, but each class has its peaks and lows. Warriors will get their time to shine, and its not just about their ability to 1-2 shot others, add in interchange/becon/assault and they have some very useful pvp skills. With defiance up and stacked AC they are difficult to take down without some lucky crits.
Sin skills ignore defense stats (so I'm told by a number of Sins, Jamie confirm?) so defiance makes no difference Vs Sins.
A warrior's accuracy lingers around the 22 mark - it's not difficult in the slightest for a Sin to have enough agility for us to miss 1/2 our skills and that's without sitting in poison cloud. This was previously countered with an accuracy stat every 7 levels I believe? Why was this taken away?
Off topic: Adding accessory refine has devalued so many items for 3 reasons:
1. Base stats (ac/mr) has no real use anymore due to the mechanics of defiance.
2. It's far cheaper to refine crap accessories with advantages to equal the stats of rare drops.
3. Item quality no longer matters as there are no body drops.
Everyone running around with refined low level items is....aesthetically displeasing!!
