bandwidth measuring software

seekin program that measures bandwidth( not a bandwidth speed test), so i can get an idea of how much i use daily etc..

anyone that has info of program. please post!

If your modem/router supports snmp, you could use something like MRTG (I Think its been ported to windows), or some such similar windows application.

Ther may also be some apps that hook onto your network adapter driver or so and monitor it that way, but i dunno - i use mrtg at home, but it only does a few days, and doesn't seem to keep a complete log which would be nice
