Banned without any reason

My character Ciggy was banned 2 weeks ago without any reason or response from GM. I have sent pm on fb and on forum requesting for a reason but have yet to receive any response. I have not use cheat of any kind, only vpn to get a better ping since i am from Australia and razer game booster once in a while. I might have some printing tools install on my laptop that have conflicts with mir.exe when launched, and I am 100% sure it's not a cheat because it has nothing to do with mir.

If I was to receive a death sentence at least tell me the crime I have committed. Thank you

Think you will find razer game booster is legal. Sam said so on a post

From what I can remember the razer gamebooster on default settings is fine, once you start messing around with the process speed or some **** thats when it detects stuff and bans.

This really needs sorting out and its ridiculous to have no contact or word from sam on the matter. I understand he has been under a lot of pressure with the event and 2.0, but daily runnings of the server cant be ignored, and banning a user with no explanation or warning (who on a seperate note clearly doesnt cheat in the slightest, but regardless of this fact...) is much too harsh.

Really hope gets sorted for you soon ciggy.

from reading posts i understand razer game booster is legal as it doesnt allow you to increase the process speed but other varients of "game booster" that allow this get you banned, ive had razer game booster on my pc ever since i got my razer gear and ive not been banned. will i uninstall it... no but then again i dont play this server any more as i simply dont have time.

I use iobit alot. Probs not when playing mir tho but do use it.
The free one does the same as the Razor gamebooster though...

I tend not to waste my time with cheaters...

To set things straight there is no "auto ban" process... The process is that the speed hack detection highlights players to me, I then follow the person around for a little while on Observer to see if anything looks dodgy as a double check...

Unfortunately "Ciggy" spammed me with detection highlights and when I followed him, the character was skipping off my screen...

Hence banned.
