Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop are good things to use.

adobe is a v cool program once you start fiddleing around with all the effects you can create some great images

the mx series i think are one of the best and Photoshop V7 is the best as well...once u get into them u can make anything

I made mine in photoshop

the real size was 1000x500 cos it was realy hard to make the matrix code and the lighting effect on EACH of them

too bad that now its a JPG you cant realy see the beauty especially the green code
