Features and more info/showcases will be posted.
This is to show where we are at a rough time for each 'area' of development
Feature List (Completed)
All of our features for server launch are in and ready. (additional DB work just need to be completed)
Maps (Alpha testing stage)
Due to ever single map being built from the ground up, we have a couple of people running maps to find faults with tiles/graphics/doorways and if certain areas just dont 'feel' right.
Items (Beta testing ready)
CArmours, Items/DNItems/State, CWeapons have all been added and updated in the DB
Sound Effects (pending BGM)
All mobs in files now have bespoke sounds, currently working on lowering the overall size of our ambient music tracks to still suite each area.
Spells (Currently being upgraded)
We are currently upgrading all spells to their HD versions, including all new spells added
UI Upgrade (90% done)
We are just upgrading the last bits of the UI that are missing, then looking at small changes that don't look right (such as buttons ect).
Monsters (AI stage)
All mobs are in that we currently want to use - we have a few hundred AI we've programmed, we just need to decide what mobs are going to have what AI (more on a boss level)
DB work (Pending other phases to be completed)
Whilst we do work on bits of the DB, there is still a fair bit of work to do (we have everything planned and ready) - this work is a lot of work but doesn't take that much time - this is stuff such as defining quality orb rolls per rarity/itemtype; player stats, exp tables and the like - all of this has been previously looked into, just need to add this stuff in at the end.
- also such as creating the card sets
All in all, progress on the server is going very well!
What keeps delaying mainly, is sourcing materials for what we want.
