Hey so i thought mabey we could post a basic leveling guide for new players or for players that haven't played in a very long time.
It can be very confusing for new players to figure out where to go also this server in particular is very grindy I personally don't mind this as to me Mir has always been a grind fest but I think this could potentially harm the influx of new players, it's very intimidating when you see a lot of 40+ people walking around and you feel yourself and how long it takes to level. So mabey a little guide with leveling help can be useful for players so feel free to contribute if you can.
Levels 1-7 I would stick to the noob island until your level 7 make sure you harvest all the deers/cows/chickens because you need gold to teleport to the first main area / Bichon Wall.
7-12 I would advise you to hunt in the areas around Bichon wall and to go NW from Bichon to Woomyon Woods here you can take the yetis and the Oma fighters for a bit of a challenge.
12-15 now it's time to go to your first Dungeon, West of Bichon Wall you have the Oma Caves, you can just start of on the first floor and gradually go deeper into the cave.
15-20 if you go East from Bichon Wall you will go to the Deadmines. Just be carefull and don't bite off more than you can chew. Start with the zombies outside then go in and gradually go deeper and clear it out .
So basically this is what I did 10 years ago and obviously a lot has changed so please if there are some high level players here that can add some stuff from 20-35-40 that would be awesome. My warrior is currently 20 and I found a cool place in Tao Village, the mineral mines. Here you get some different zombies that give a fair bit more exp. so feel free to add just bear in mind this is from a warrior perspective and it could all be different for other classes although I don't think it matters too much. One thing you always have to keep in mind is your repair bill and pot costs, sometimes you might get a lot of exp from a mob
But have to burn 20 pots to kill it, this isn't very economical and generally a bad idea.
All help appreciated .
