basic xp skinning help?

just a simply question, hope it can be answer quickly. when u click the start menu on traditional style, you have this crappy looking blue margin. My question is, how do i go about changing it?

pic enclosed below incase u dont know what i mean.

or get sumin mental posted not long ago, tuneup 2004, that does it as well

or maybe u mean change it to normal xp 1?

then right click ur task bar, click properties then start menu then choose classic or start menu

no no. i mean that blue bar on the left. it looks really gay and i jus wanna change that. no other skin changes of anything.

i use numerous skins.. my favourite is

again sorry for offtopic, although after installing this prog i reset my comp and had file missing wouldnt log into windows so said to me insert windows xp cd and attempt to repair after this tryed to repair and it found another missing file so it wouldnt boot the cd eventually i gave up went to sleep and in teh morning was working again :weightlif
