My BDE Administrator isnt opening, i double click it and nothing happens, Anyone know how to fix this or a link to download it, cant seem to find any information on it.

Edit:
Fixed. Seems when i installed Delphi 7.0 it also installed BDE files but the full program, changed all shorcuts going to it to the incomplete one. Go to Program Files> Common Files> BDE and copy all files inside that folder and put into your new Delphi>DBE folder.
