Hey guys, been a bloody long time since I've played Mir - Barely touched Sins and now you've got Monks and Archers? Awesome to see new things have flooded in!

Anyhow, I've got a mate that's playing a fairly high/geared Wiz, in ye olde days I'd of automatically said Tao (and still liking that idea), but is there a better combination? I've played the 3 originals pretty extensively, but I'm happy to try one of the new boys if they're worth it. I'm only really planning on bosses/fights and general grinding with him or solo, though that may change once I get hooked again.

Thanks for any (useful) feedback. :p

I would say a tao is the best for duoing bosses as you will always be needed. The majority of big bosses can be duod with a war/tao or wiz/tao however you'll find u can't do much mid game stuff solo and it's also a pain in the backside to lvl. Also no good for town pk or solo cave pk as they deal such crap damage. But I wouldn't change from being a tao I love it
Hope this helps a little

things are different here.
Taos dont do damage though they make everything easier to kill. Taos have been subdued into a support class
Wiz are very good once past 48
Sins get everywhere and do everything
Warrs are pretty much the same
Archers deal a lot of damage if well kitted but die easy so need to be played well and protected sometimes
Monks still in beta really
Duos
2x wiz FF for levelling
Tao + any class for most other things

Ok, so going from that I want a mid level Tao (for bosses when I'm needed), outside of that probs best to roll Wiz or Sin? In any case I'll start out with Tao, I did love them endlessly in fights, such a pain in the arse if played at all well. xD

Forgot to mention Taos deva is amazing. U have five different commands for it.
@deva masterstarget this will make the deva constantly flinch without missing whoever u hit or psn including mobs. People cry hard about this.

@deva guard this makes the deva stay exactly where u spawn it still hitting the mobs u hit which allows u to bounce certain mobs. Lay a psn cloud inbetween and ur sorted.

@deva chase this makes it deva chase whoever you've hit last.

There's 2 others I don't use very often.
