Other than myself and Blam, any of you lot play the uberness that is battlefield 2142?

I play it Sawell, but i haven't been able to go on in the past couple of days - i've been busy. I also doubt that i'll be on much in the next week (i'm doing work experience), but after that i'll be on quite a lot i hope.

I dunno, I played spec ops in bf2 which was a very accurate class to play. On 2142 I play a engineer with all unlocks but AA gun, and obv the ****ty SMG I get isn't exactly the peak of accuracy nor power. :cray:

It's a big game so power is in numbers, we're no-where near a 32 limit yet so everyone is welcome and everyone will be on the first team.

If you download it you can't play it online, and it's not worth it at all. This game was made to be played online, and if you play if offline, you'd think it was ****, offline is just deathmatch

Ive got it, although I don't particularly like it atm due to toeething problems. It also annoys me that out of every graphics card mine is the only one unsuppoorted (Nvidia 6600 series) although ive got no ****ing idea why.

i played the online demo of it.
hundreds of servers.
But for some reason i didnt really like :/

I like man on man combat.
With battlefield vehicles are needed badly or u simply die in like 2 hits (with BF2142)

I'm going to revive this thread.

Well yeah, in Conquest mode that may be the case.
In Titan mode, however, the real way to win is to get onto their titan and kick the **** out of them man-on-man...
Also, BF2 has an infantry-only mode... fun, fun, fun.
