Yes there would be a chance of yellow.
It's the same as drops, a new item us added to the server when crafted so in theory you could get lucky and craft an armour with an extra stat.

To answer joking the craft able armours are just level 40 armours with slightly better stats

Hi BH,
Is this 100% confirmed that they can produce rare armours or just a "they should" as I have a good 600 of each thread and stacks of sewing goods that I will use up if they can 100% produce rares.

Thanks.

As with everything on Mir, I can not be 100% sure.
I can do some testing and craft a few armours myself and see if I get lucky

This is also a test bed for a craft system of sorts, these armours where a test to see how players react to it

If this is only a test for better crafting in the future I will hold onto my materials in hope that they come in handy.

If you could test a few hundred that would be great, even if you just get a +dura one it will show that added stats are possible.
Thanks

I like the idea of crafting wearable items but if it's 20 of each thread that's a little silly at the moment... They have better defensive stats than the Darkarmours, in the case of taoist/wizard better offensive stats by 3/2 SC/MC respectively. The assassin and archer variants are also better than crystal armour.

New assassin armour has 0-2 AC, 4-0 MAC more than crystal armour. Just floored the price of that. Know many assassins, archers, warriors who've paid 3m-5m for 1 slotted 40 armours.

I think asking the forums or an ingame poll may have been a good way instead of just throwing them in there. For example making the 40 armours have the same offensive stats but +2 AC/+2MAC/+20HP/+20MP and cost 10AC/MAC/HP/MP runes to craft would have kept all armours valued whilst providing a use for the currently wasted defensive runes.

Level 40 normal assassin armour has 0-1 AC and 3-0 MAC more the crystal armour, level 40 armours have always been better the then level 20 crystal armour

Not sure in I'm right here but... Question.

To make the warr armour I Need x amount of threads and sewing goods plus 1x steel armour.

What if I used my dura +4 Ac+2 (and I think it's mac 2) either way...

If I used that armour would the new one keep the added stats???

Thanks :)

Okay my mistake :) main point is just adding DC and extra defensive stats takes a lot away from dark armours and crystal armour

No it crafts a new armour, it does not add stats to already added armours.
Its a crafter not an item refiner

Okay okay, maybe I'm just being a little grumpy! Got an unlimited supply of crystal armour equivalent robes to MR/Endurance gem now.

Think maybe you need to take a look at the lvl 50 armor stats after you've done this

crystal armour is the only armour that can reflect an attack back to the user, albeit a low chance. This can in some instances for the squishier classes mean life or death. Perfect for sins because making the enemy flinch is extremely important and if they get a reflection they'll flinch opening them up to further attacks.

A few ac/amc stats is a small price to pay for this imo.

Although it reflects the damage, you still take the damage also. So it doesn't save your life, it just allows you to get a free hit in once every 30 hits you take or so.
