Black screen

what does these errors means lol
i know i have installed directx and still mentions it somewhere in lines
do i have to delete and install?

im using a friend of mines pc and tried every step and i just need to know whats the problem before i go delete everything and re install all over again, any help would be great.

how far can you get into running the client?? e.g can you put your ID and Pass in and select a char?? or is it just black from the start of clicking the client.exe??

after launching the autopatcher and just before ID n Pass
a blackscreen is launched so can only Alt+F4

I had this issue, run in admin mode & download latest SDK - link below. Not sure which, but one of these steps fixed it for me lol.

Edit: Reading the DirectX part in error message now would make me think its the DirectX SDK :beguiled:
