Is this how Blade Avalanche is supposed to work?
Tested with multiple different DC's both max and minimum.
Tested on trainer; so 0 AC/AMC.
BA is level 3.
The maximum hit was always my maximum DC +2. This seems like an odd (and low) modifier as other skills tend to be % modifiers.
