I'm sure i'll appreciate the complexities when I start learning a programming language, for now I make do with creating my server with what I have availiable.

I dont take it personally I know you would say my servers crap even if it was the best server evar.

Edit: @MadMan, euro flavour. Euro mobs, custom stats custom items and custom caves (In that I have got rid of all the crappy, large maps in favour of smaller ones which will encourage more fighting )

Well im pretty sure there will be a low-med r8 server up running on the primal files, with Assassin QuestSystem and Tigers within a month. So i doubt people will still play a 2.3, specially if its only been up a month.

He can just upgrade to Primal files? He is clever tbh, he is trying to make a server as 2.3 then once his fixed all the bugs found ingame and keeps creating as he goes along until primal files are 100% stable he will just use them. Keep it up Anonlol.

As Hustler said i'll just upgrade, but given the track records on server files here I'm not execting it anytime soon.

Like I say I'll do the best job I can with what I have.

Server is still in initial testing. Its a 1 man project and there bound to be changes needed, unfortunately I cant change these things unless you just come here and say 'Oh, it sucks, whats the point.'

Changes: Lowered amc on some main bosses
Added fox items to high level main bosses
BDD will be put in
Decreased RS in some caves

BDD is now ingame for 47+! Full of main bosses, I will script a quest for it over the weekend.

Server is going well, I'll announce a beta launch at the weekend.

It's interesting that you mention group exp sharing, which I would like to point out, was the one and only feature on degeneration.

Yeh all that effort you put into saying you fixed level 45 assassin spells, when the highest level on your server was 15. You've got excellent priorities.

Four Heroes is a 2.6+ server running with assassins and questsystem and a stack of new spells.

Elysian is a 2.6+ server running with assassins, questsystem, tigers and some other stuff I don't really know anything about as I don't play it.

Plenty of people still play 2.3 servers. Yeh he probably doesn't stand a chance of getting 100 users on a 2.3, but that's mir nowadays. If it's well run and enough to do, I'd say he will get a solid 20-30 users, which is pretty good these days.

I made one mistake, everything was too easy. I have upgraded some main bosses to reflect what they can drop, will take effect from a reboot later.

Peak of 15 users yesterday, so its starting to pick up.

I added BDD like I say, but I dont want to add more group caves as I dont think therell be much competition for them.

Planning a small event as well. Server will go down this evening, and I will relaunch it in a status of Beta. This only means you're guarantee'd the servers not going to go down, as im happy with the progress so far.I will also be handing out the 'Bonus gift' for people who put down their interest. PM me your charname on here please.

I'm also scripting a gamegold npc - before people say zomg sellout! This will be for cosmetic stuff, minor exp buffs and stones.

I don't fancy grinding a warrior to lvl 50 with halfmoon, as it bores the hell out of me. And, without TDB, well you can just imagine the fights...

I'll say no more...
