Ok well i have been with them for a while now and i have noticed my connection speed to be a bit sluggish. Decided to do a few speed test and it seems that they have put me down to a 1mb connection from a 10mb WTF. how annoying is that. has anyone else come across them doing this?

Well, im on tiscali, and also have a slugish internet connection speed Just that time of the year tbh, where every1 stays in and online throughtout the winter, causing isps to struggle :P

I doubt the time of year would effect it at all, have you checked for spyware?

as stonehelm sayed try to scan, u can scan online in www.bitdefender.com then defragment ur computer and restart the internet and check again.

Im on blueyonder, and havent noticed anything like that. Although I do know that Blueyonder will re-route traffic during problems/upgrades etc so it may just have been that.

Phone em and ask whats going on. IM on 10MB with them, and it still seems fine to me.

I highly doubt defragmenting will make a difference lol.
