I guess this question goes out to Jamie, does “Body Luck” exist on this server?
For people who don’t know what Body Luck is, it’s believed to be a hidden stat that effects certain aspects of the game (refining, Pet rolls, chance for Bene to work etc etc). Not dying and killing specific mobs and bosses is believed to improve “Body Luck” - Is there truth in any of this? Or is it just Mir legend??
The reason I ask is because I’ve pretty much got a reputation in my guild as “Unlucky by name, Unlucky by nature” and this is in direct reference to getting drops, I just never seem to get any... ever! I realise there is the guaranteed drop mechanic (I run full 80% / 80% /80% buff at all times), but I seem to have a far lower drop amount than just about everyone else so wanted to know if an additional statistic was at play with this, hence “Body Luck” (I’m the guy who took 6 continuous days of hunting RMV and finally had all three parts of Vigor set drop from 1 Ape - I’m guessing I went to 1/1 drop).
Am I just “Unlucky” with RNG or is there something else at play here?
